Can you catch psoriasis?

My colleague has psoriasis, and sometimes his skin looks quite red and flaky. I was just wondering if it's something that can spread from person to person. Is psoriasis contagious at all?

Psoriasis is absolutely not contagious, so you cannot catch it from anyone. It is an autoimmune condition, often linked to internal inflammation. I always suggest focusing on a clean, anti-inflammatory vegetarian diet with lots of green veggies to help soothe the skin, but you must consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.

Hey, chill out and don't stress too much! You absolutely cannot catch psoriasis from anyone, it's not like a cold or scabies. It's just a non-contagious skin condition. If you or a friend are dealing with it, just support them because stress actually makes psoriasis flare up more. Stay relaxed!

Good news! You have a higher chance of winning the lottery than catching psoriasis from someone. It is completely non-infectious, so you can hug, shake hands, or share a tiffin with zero fear. Your skin is safe, though your wallet might not be if you keep googling symptoms!

Haan na, people unnecessarily get scared of skin patches. Psoriasis bilkul contagious nahi hai, you cannot catch it by touching someone. It's just an internal body reaction, ho na. Don't worry at all, but yes, a good dermatologist can guide on how to keep the skin moisturized and comfortable.

Don't worry, kid. Psoriasis is completely non-communicable, meaning it's impossible to catch it from anyone else. It's an internal immune system issue, so there's absolutely no reason to stay away from someone who has it. Keep calm, keep your skin hydrated, and see a skin specialist if you need help.

My 10-year-old son has psoriasis, so I can tell you with absolute certainty that it is not contagious at all. His friends play with him daily and nobody has ever 'caught' it. It's just an overactive immune system. We use mild moisturizers and follow our doctor's prescription closely to keep it under control.

At my age, managing my high blood pressure has taught me that lifestyle and stress control are everything. Psoriasis is just another chronic, non-contagious condition that is managed with proper medical care and a healthy routine. You cannot catch it from anyone. Make sure to get regular health checkups and follow your doctor's advice.
