Can vaping cause mouth cancer?

My cousin, who vapes a lot, recently had a scare with some unusual sores in her mouth. Her doctor warned her about oral health. I'm wondering, can vaping actually increase the risk of getting mouth cancer?

Yes, vaping exposes the oral cavity to toxic chemicals and heavy metals that can cause cellular mutations. My oncologist colleague confirmed that chronic exposure to these toxins can lead to pre-cancerous lesions in the mouth. It is highly recommended to consult an oral specialist if you notice any unusual patches.

Yes, it can. The heat and chemicals in vape juice cause cellular damage in the mouth that can lead to cancer.

Using a simple warm saltwater rinse or applying turmeric paste can help soothe minor mouth sores. However, vaping introduces carcinogens that can lead to serious conditions like mouth cancer, which home remedies cannot cure. If you have non-healing ulcers, please see a doctor immediately.

I have been vaping for a year and recently noticed a white patch inside my cheek. I am extremely terrified that it might be mouth cancer. Has anyone else experienced this, and should I go get a biopsy done immediately?

My son started vaping in college and developed severe oral ulcers that scared us immensely. The doctor warned us that long-term vaping is a risk factor for oral cancers due to the chemicals. Please get your oral cavity checked by a doctor and stop vaping completely.
