Can vaping cause lower back pain?

I've picked up vaping recently, and I've also noticed a dull, persistent pain in my lower back, which wasn't there before. I work a desk job, so I thought it was posture, but now I'm second-guessing. Is it possible that vaping could be causing lower back pain?

I totally get it, lower back pain can be so exhausting and really ruins your day. Vaping actually decreases oxygen and blood flow to your spinal discs, which makes them weaken and cause pain. Please take care of yourself and consider talking to a doctor about this link.

Since I have thyroid issues, I know how systemic problems can manifest as body and back aches. Vaping impairs circulation, which directly impacts bone and muscle health. I suggest getting your calcium levels checked and discussing this with your doctor.

My elders always told me that putting unnatural smoke in the body weakens the bones and causes backaches. While applying warm herbal oils can temporarily soothe the ache, we must trust medical science. It's best to consult a doctor to see if vaping has affected your spine health.

Please don't ignore this. I had severe lower back pain that I blamed on sitting, but vaping had actually damaged my spinal blood flow, leading to disc degeneration. Please get a proper spinal evaluation from a doctor before it gets worse.

I ignored my persistent lower back pain for months while continuing to vape, thinking it was just fatigue. By the time I went to the doctor, the damage to my spinal discs was already quite bad. Please get yourself checked by a doctor immediately.
