Can vaping cause heart attack?

My neighbor, who is a heavy vaper, recently had a heart attack, and it made me think a lot about the risks. I always thought vaping was safer than cigarettes. Can vaping actually cause something as serious as a heart attack?

As someone managing PCOS, I know how easily metabolic and heart health can get affected by lifestyle. Vaping introduces severe toxins that can stiffen your arteries and increase blood pressure, which is a known risk factor for heart attacks. Please be cautious and discuss this with a doctor.

Eating garlic and drinking Arjuna bark tea can help support your cardiovascular system naturally, but they cannot stop the damage from active vaping. Vaping poses a serious risk to your heart, so if you ever feel any chest tightness or pain, please go to a hospital immediately.

Yes, it actually can. Nicotine in vapes spikes your heart rate and constricts blood vessels, putting extra stress on your cardiovascular system. This can definitely trigger a heart attack in vulnerable people. If you feel sudden chest pain, radiating arm pain, or sweating, get medical help immediately.

A guy in my college hostel used to vape non-stop and ended up in the ICU with severe chest pain and heart issues. It's really not worth the hype, guys. If you are experiencing any chest discomfort, please stop vaping and go get it checked right away.

Through daily pranayama, we learn the value of pure breath for heart vitality. Vaping fills your blood vessels with toxic heat and chemicals, which damages the heart muscles over time. I gently urge you to quit this habit and practice deep breathing under guidance, but do consult a cardiologist for health safety.

I can only share what my cardiologist told me when I was admitted for acute chest pain. He said the chemicals from my heavy vaping habit were clogging my arteries and could have easily led to a fatal heart attack. I stopped that day and haven't looked back.
