Can vaping cause back pain?

I've started vaping regularly and coincidentally, I've also developed this persistent dull ache in my upper back. I'm trying to figure out if it's due to poor posture or something else. Can vaping actually cause back pain as a side effect?

Nicotine actually restricts blood flow to your spinal discs, which can cause them to degenerate faster and lead to back pain. Try doing some gentle stretching and daily walking if your doctor permits. Cutting out the vape will definitely improve your overall blood circulation and healing.

Haan, it actually can! Nicotine cuts down blood supply to your bones, toh back pain hona normal hai if you vape a lot. Kam kar do isko, and start doing some basic stretching, na.

I track my daily steps and posture on my health app, and I've read that smoking or vaping reduces calcium absorption, making bones weaker. This lack of nutrients can trigger chronic lower back pain. Try tracking your active minutes and cutting down the vape to see if it helps.

Honestly, I used to vape during exam season and my lower back would ache like crazy. I thought it was just the library chairs, but my doc told me vaping worsens bone health. I quit vaping and started playing football again, and the pain is gone.

I didn't know vaping and back pain were connected. I have been having severe lower back pain for a month and I vape occasionally. Should I see an orthopedist for this, or will it just go away if I stop vaping?
