Can uterine fibroids cause pelvic pain?

I've always had heavy, painful periods, and recently I was told I have uterine fibroids. Now I'm experiencing constant pelvic pain, even when it's not my period. Can uterine fibroids directly cause this kind of chronic pelvic pain?

Pelvic pain and pressure are among the most common symptoms of uterine fibroids, especially if they are large or intramural. Since pelvic pain can also indicate other conditions, consulting a qualified doctor for an ultrasound is the safest approach.

I have PCOS so I know how exhausting pelvic issues can be, but fibroids are a bit different. They can definitely cause a heavy, aching feeling in the pelvis. It is best to consult a gynecologist for a proper diagnosis rather than assuming.

I tried heating pads, herbal teas, and so many things for my lower belly pain, but they only gave temporary relief. If you have fibroids, the pain won't go away permanently without proper medical care. Please visit a clinic.

Actually, yes, they do cause serious pelvic pain, yaar. My partner had this constant dragging feeling down there for months. It got much better after her doctor started her on proper treatment, so don't delay the checkup.
