Can urgent care help with back pain?

I've had chronic back pain for years, but today it's really bad and I can barely move. My friend suggested visiting an urgent care clinic for immediate relief. Can they actually help with severe back pain, or is it just for minor sprains?

They can help with temporary pain relief, but you must get it checked properly to rule out any nerve compression or disc issues. It is always safer to consult an orthopedist if the pain doesn't go away in a couple of days.

Urgent care can give you some quick relief for severe muscle spasms. Once the acute pain reduces, gentle stretches like Balasana or simple pranayama can help strengthen your back, but do seek a doctor's guidance first.

I totally get it, bad back pain makes even sitting or standing feel like a massive task. Urgent care can definitely help with muscle relaxant injections or meds to take the edge off. Don't suffer through it, go get some relief.

I get lower back pain quite often due to my PCOS, and it can be really uncomfortable. Urgent care can provide pain meds or muscle relaxants to help you manage. Just be gentle with yourself and get a doctor to check if it persists.

Urgent care will definitely help you walk out upright instead of crawling in like a 90-year-old! They'll likely give you a pain patch or some meds. Just go get it sorted before you throw your back out completely while sneezing.
