Can u reverse type 2 diabetes?

My husband has Type 2 Diabetes, and we've been trying to manage it with diet and medicines. I heard from a friend that some people have completely reversed their Type 2 Diabetes. Is this true and how is it possible?

Absolutely, it is possible through strict dietary changes. Focus on high-protein, high-fiber vegetarian options like dal, paneer, and green leafy vegetables while completely eliminating white rice and maida. A disciplined diet is your best tool.

Yes, Type 2 diabetes is highly reversible, or at least you can put it in remission. I track my daily steps and food intake on my health app, and maintaining a calorie deficit while building muscle has helped many people I know get off their meds.

Yes, you can reverse the insulin resistance that causes Type 2 diabetes. While medicines help control sugar levels temporarily, losing weight and exercising regularly are what actually address the root cause. Keep a close eye on your HbA1c levels.

When my father was diagnosed, I was so anxious and read every article on the internet. But it is true, you can reverse it! Just don't let the initial high readings scare you too much, start with small changes like cutting down on sugar and walking daily.

I am just starting to learn about this because my mom was recently diagnosed. Is it really possible to stop taking medications completely if we change her diet? It would be so reassuring to hear if anyone has actually done it successfully.

I totally get it, receiving a diabetes diagnosis can feel incredibly heavy and overwhelming. But please take hope because Type 2 is definitely reversible for many. With consistent effort and a supportive family, you can manage this beautifully.

Haan beta, bilkul theek ho sakta hai. Humare pados mein ek bhaiya ne roz subah walk karke aur meetha bilkul chhod kar apni sugar normal kar li. Bas thoda parhez rakho aur samay par khana khao, sab theek hoga.

My doctor at Max Hospital explained that early intervention is key to reversing it. Don't stop any prescribed medications on your own based on internet tips. Ask your endocrinologist clearly about a safe lifestyle plan to gradually reduce your dosage.
