Can u prevent arthritis?

My father has severe arthritis and is in a lot of pain. I'm starting to get some joint stiffness myself. Is there anything that can be done to prevent arthritis from developing or getting worse?

Haan na, arthritis ka dar toh sabko hota hai as we age. But we can definitely try to delay or prevent it by keeping our weight in check. Humare joints par jitna kam pressure padega, utna hi badhiya hoga.

I see my nani struggling with joint pain so much, and honestly, it makes me want to start taking care of my joints right now. Staying active, drinking enough water, and eating omega-3 rich foods like walnuts can really help in the long run.

With the amount of time I spend hunching over my laptop at 2 AM, I feel like my joints are already eighty years old. But apparently, doing basic stretching and not sitting in one position for hours is the best way to prevent early arthritis.

Preventing arthritis requires a complete lifestyle change, just like managing blood pressure. Regular low-impact exercises like swimming or walking keep the joints lubricated. Also, get your uric acid and vitamin D checked annually.

My knees make clicking sounds sometimes when I stand up, and I get so anxious that it's the start of arthritis. Does anyone else experience this? I read that strengthening the muscles around the knees can prevent it, is that true?

I love my street food, but my doctor told me that high sugar and fried foods can increase inflammation in the body, which leads to joint pain later. So I am trying to add more turmeric and ginger to my diet to naturally keep inflammation away.
