Can u have uti without pain?

My urine smells really strong and I feel like I need to go to the washroom very often, but there's no burning sensation or pain. My sister suggested it could be a UTI. Can you have a UTI without experiencing any pain?

Yes, you can. Sometimes the only symptoms are a frequent urge to urinate or a strange smell, without any burning pain. Please take care and drink plenty of water.

As someone with diabetes, we are much more prone to UTIs, and often they don't cause the typical burning pain. It is very important to get a routine urine culture done if you notice cloudy urine, as uncontrolled infections can affect kidney health.

Yes, definitely! It's called an asymptomatic UTI. Sometimes you just feel a bit tired or have to run to the washroom constantly but with zero pain. Keep hydrating!

Haan na, it is totally possible. My sister had a UTI last month and she had no pain at all, only thoda fever and backache was there. So don't ignore it if you feel something is off, ho na.

Actually, yes yaar. I had no burning sensation at all, just had to pee literally every ten minutes. I thought it was just because of drinking too much coffee, but a urine test showed a proper infection. Better to get a quick test done.
