Can u get rid of asthma?

I've had asthma since I was a child, and I'm tired of constantly managing it. I'm always looking for ways to improve my condition. Is there any possibility to completely get rid of asthma, or is it always a lifelong condition?

Asthma cannot be completely cured, but its severity can be greatly reduced. Practicing pranayama like Anulom Vilom daily has helped me improve my lung capacity and reduced my dependency on inhalers over the years.

My pulmonologist explained that asthma is a chronic inflammatory condition, so you can't permanently cure it. However, you can achieve complete control over symptoms. Using the prescribed controller inhalers regularly prevents sudden attacks.

You can't fully get rid of it, but you can absolutely live a normal, happy life! Just find your triggers like dust or cold air and keep your inhaler handy. Stay positive!

I deal with chronic health issues too, and I know how frustrating it is to look for a permanent cure. While asthma doesn't fully go away, keeping your home dust-free and taking your doctor's advice seriously helps manage it safely.

I go to Max Hospital for my asthma checkups. The specialists there told me that managing triggers is key because there is no magic cure. Ask your doctor for a personalized asthma action plan to manage your symptoms.

No, dear, you cannot get rid of it completely. But don't worry, with proper medication like inhalers, which are very safe, you can lead an active life. My son has had it since childhood and plays sports regularly.

It is a lifetime condition, but tracking air quality index (AQI) on weather apps helps me avoid outdoor workouts on bad air days. Using a peak flow meter to track lung capacity is also a great way to monitor asthma.

You can't cure it permanently, but improving cardio respiratory fitness helps. I have asthma and doing steady-state cardio and eating a clean, anti-inflammatory diet has made my breathing much easier. Check with your doctor before starting heavy workouts.
