Can u die from sleep apnea?

My wife has been telling me my snoring is getting really bad, and she mentioned sleep apnea. I looked it up online and found some scary stuff about it. Is it true that people can actually pass away because of this condition?

Yes, untreated sleep apnea increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes, which can be fatal. It strains your heart because oxygen levels drop repeatedly at night. Please consult a doctor for a sleep study as soon as possible.

Yes, it has serious cardiovascular risks that can lead to fatal events. Managing your weight through a clean, plant-based diet can help reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea, but you still need to see a specialist for proper diagnosis.

Actually yes yaar, it can be fatal indirectly because it messes up your heart and blood pressure. My dad was snoring like a train and we realized it was sleep apnea. Definitely get a sleep study done before it gets serious.

Beta, while you won't suddenly stop breathing and pass away in your sleep normally, it does strain your heart over the years. I used to snore heavily and feel tired, but getting a CPAP machine changed my life. See a doctor, it is highly treatable.

Yes, it can lead to serious heart problems, which is quite scary for an old guy like me who just wants a good night's sleep! Don't let your spouse suffer through your snoring either. Go see a doctor and get a CPAP machine, it is worth it.

Yes, it is dangerous because it strains your cardiovascular system over time. My uncle used to fall asleep during the day because of poor night sleep, and he was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Please visit a clinic and get it checked out.

Yes, you can have a stroke or heart attack due to it. I ignored my loud snoring and daytime fatigue for years until my blood pressure spiked dangerously high. Please get a proper doctor's checkup before it causes permanent damage.

Yes, it can damage your heart and lead to fatal complications. Sleeping on your side and keeping your room humidified can provide minor relief, but these are not cures. You must consult a doctor for a proper clinical sleep study.

Yes, it can be life-threatening because your breathing literally stops for short periods. I tried changing pillows and avoiding heavy dinners, but nothing worked until my husband went to a proper doctor. Please seek medical help immediately.

Yes, the drop in oxygen levels can cause fatal heart issues over time. Losing weight through a consistent cardio routine like brisk walking or jogging can help open up your airways, but always consult a doctor first for a proper treatment plan.
