Can type 2 diabetics eat apples?

I have Type 2 diabetes and am trying to eat healthier. Apples are so good for you, but they are also sweet. Can Type 2 diabetics eat apples regularly, or should I avoid them?

Don't stress too much about eating fruits. Apples have a low glycemic index and lots of fiber, which is actually good for you. Just eat a small one in the morning as a snack and make sure to consult your doctor to see how it fits into your overall treatment plan.

Bhai, bilkul kha sakte ho, seb koi dushman nahi hai. Bas din mein ek chota seb khao aur pura chaba kar khao, juice mat peena bilkul bhi. Aur haan, ek baar apne doctor se apni diet chart discuss kar lena.

Yes, apples are very safe because of their high fiber content. Just make sure to eat them with the skin on and consult your doctor.

I've been eating a small apple daily with my afternoon tea for years without any issues. The fiber helps prevent any rapid spikes in sugar. Just avoid eating them late at night and make sure to discuss your fruit intake with your consulting doctor.

An apple is a fantastic source of fiber and vitamins, especially pre-workout. Just pair it with some raw almonds to slow down sugar absorption even further. Regular exercise helps clear that glucose anyway, but do check with your doctor before modifying your diet.
