Yes, if you are taking heavy diabetes medicines or insulin and skip your lunch, your sugar can drop dangerously low. Always make sure you eat balanced, fiber-rich vegetarian meals at regular intervals to avoid sudden drops.

Yes, absolutely! It can happen if you skip meals or over-exercise. 😮 Always keep some glucose candy or fruit juice with you just in case you feel dizzy or shaky. Stay happy and safe! 🌸

Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can be very dangerous and even cause fainting. If you frequently experience sweating, shaking, or dizziness, please check your sugar level immediately. You must consult your doctor to adjust your medicine dosage safely.

I manage both thyroid and diabetes, and my levels can drop suddenly if my medication isn't balanced. Regular blood tests and constant doctor follow-ups are crucial to make sure your prescription matches your body's changing needs.

Yes, beta, when sugar drops too low, it makes you feel very cold and sweaty. In our family, we always keep a small piece of jaggery (gur) nearby for such emergencies. But remember to check your sugar levels with a doctor if this happens often.
