Can type 1 diabetes live without insulin?

My friend's younger brother was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. He's very upset about having to take insulin injections daily. He asked if there's any way he can manage it without insulin. Is that even possible?

No, you cannot. In type 1, the body literally stops making insulin. No matter how clean your diet is or how hard you workout, insulin is a absolute must to survive. Gym and lifestyle only support it, they can't replace it.

Bilkul nahi yaar, insulin toh lena hi padega. Type 1 mein body khud insulin nahi banati, toh bahar se lena jaruri hai na. Please koshish bhi mat karna bina doctor ke coordinate kiye band karne ki.

Accepting this path is hard, but insulin is life-giving for type 1. Keep your mind calm, stay positive, and look at taking insulin as a daily act of self-care. Nature has given doctors the wisdom to help us, so please follow their advice.

Speaking from experience, nope, not possible at all. I have type 1 and skipped my dose once by mistake, ended up in the ICU with DKA within a day. Please don't mess around with insulin, it is literally keeping us alive.

Do not believe any YouTube videos or WhatsApp forwards claiming to cure type 1 diabetes without insulin. It's an autoimmune condition. Skipping insulin is fatal. Always confirm every single piece of medical info with a certified doctor.

My 10-year-old daughter is type 1. I know it's heartbreaking to poke them daily, but insulin is irreplaceable. Please do not listen to anyone claiming they can cure it naturally; it's extremely dangerous for the life of the patient.

Arre, if we could live without insulin, half our pharmacy bills would disappear! Sadly, for type 1, insulin is like breathing. No magic herb or home remedy is going to change that, so just trust your doctor and keep taking it.

Even with the healthiest, zero-carb vegetarian diet, a type 1 diabetic cannot produce insulin. Healthy eating can help prevent crazy spikes, but it cannot replace the insulin shots. Never stop your dosage without your doctor's supervision.
