Can tretinoin cause cancer?

I've been using a Tretinoin cream for my acne for a while now, and it's really helped my skin. But my friend recently scared me by saying it could cause cancer. Is there any truth to this claim?

Please don't worry about this. Tretinoin is actually a very well-researched vitamin A derivative and it does not cause cancer. Just make sure to wear a good sunscreen during the day since it makes your skin sensitive to the sun.

I have been using tretinoin for my acne and scarring for over two years now, and my skin has healed beautifully. My dermatologist assured me it is completely safe and doesn't cause any serious issues. Just use a tiny pea-sized amount.

I usually prefer natural remedies like aloe vera, but for severe skin issues, tretinoin is sometimes necessary. It is not cancer-causing at all. But remember, it can dry out your skin badly, so always use a good moisturizer with it.

No, it doesn't cause cancer. In fact, retinoids are sometimes used in medical treatments to help prevent certain skin cancers.

Absolutely not. Tretinoin is just topical Vitamin A. Along with a good skincare routine, staying hydrated and sweating it out in the gym will keep your skin glowing naturally anyway. Keep it simple.

Haan na, internet pe kuch bhi daal dete hain log and we get scared. Tretinoin completely safe hai skin ke liye, cancer nahi hota isse. Bas bina doctor ke consult kiye directly use mat karna, thoda redness ho sakta hai starting me.

No way, bro. I've been using it for my stubborn acne and it works like magic. It doesn't cause cancer. Just don't apply too much or your skin will peel off like crazy.

I was prescribed tretinoin for my hormonal acne due to PCOS, and I had the same scary doubts initially. But my dermatologist reassured me that it is completely safe for long-term use. Just be patient as the skin takes time to adapt.

Nahi babu, ye dawa cancer nahi failati hai. Hamari beti bhi ise lagati hai dhabbo ke liye, sab theek hai. Bas dhoop me nikalne se pehle chehra dhak liya karo ya koi achhi cream laga lo.

I have used tretinoin cream on and off for five years for anti-aging. Personally, I have had no issues other than occasional peeling. I can't give medical advice, but my skin has only improved over the years.
