Can too much exercise cause erectile dysfunction?

I've been really pushing myself at the gym lately, trying to get into shape for a marathon. But I've noticed some issues with erectile dysfunction recently. Could exercising too intensely be affecting this aspect of my health?

Actually, my fitness tracker shows that overtraining spikes cortisol and crashes recovery. If you are working out twice a day without resting, your body goes into fight-or-flight mode, which directly impacts libido. Try tracking your resting heart rate and take rest days.

I manage high BP and know that overtraining can exhaust the body and lower testosterone temporarily, which might cause performance issues. It is important to balance your workouts with proper rest. Keep getting regular health checkups to monitor your overall vitals.

Bro, if you are working out so hard that even your muscles are crying, how do you expect anything else to work? Excessive exercise just drains all your energy. Cut down on the crazy workouts, eat some good food, and give your body some rest!

I was actually reading a research paper about this because I started heavy weightlifting recently. Apparently, extreme endurance training can lower testosterone levels, but moderate exercise actually helps. It's fascinating how our bodies react to overtraining.

Listen, gym is good but don't become crazy about it. If you train like an animal and don't sleep or eat properly, your body will stop functioning correctly. Take a break, sleep for 8 hours, and if it still persists, go see a doctor quietly.

Moderation is the key to a healthy life. When we strain our physical body beyond its limit, the vital energy gets depleted, leading to various issues. Stay positive, practice gentle yoga, and consult a doctor if you feel something is wrong.

Haan na, too much physical stress is never good for anyone. My husband also used to spend hours at the gym and would just crash from fatigue. It is better to have a balanced routine and talk to a doctor if there are real concerns.

My son was over-exercising and skipping meals for his sports trials, which made him very weak and stressed. Overtraining affects the whole body's balance. Please ensure you are eating nutritious home-cooked meals and not pushing yourself to extremes.
