Can tiredness cause vomiting?

Lately, I've been feeling extremely exhausted, almost like I'm running on empty. A couple of times, I've even felt nauseous to the point of almost vomiting. Can extreme tiredness actually make you feel like throwing up?

This literally happened to me last week after traveling non-stop for 14 hours. I was so exhausted my stomach just locked up and I ended up throwing up twice. Once I got a solid 8 hours of sleep and drank some electrolytes, I was completely fine. Just give your body a break and let it recover.

Listen, extreme exhaustion can definitely make your body react strangely, including feeling nauseous or even throwing up. When you are completely drained, your digestion slows way down. Just lie down, sip some warm water or light nimbu paani, and don't force yourself to eat anything heavy right now. Rest first, okay?

Severe physical overexertion or overtraining without proper recovery can definitely lead to nausea and vomiting. When your body is completely depleted of electrolytes and glycogen, it rebels. Make sure you are hydrating properly with ORS and giving yourself rest days. Don't push your body past its limit today.

Honestly, if you are working crazy hours and skipping meals, tiredness will hit your gut. Stress and severe fatigue absolutely trigger vomiting. Stop running on coffee and energy drinks. Go home, get a light khichdi, sleep it off, and if it still continues tomorrow, go see a doctor.

I totally get it, when the body is completely exhausted, even the stomach feels completely unsettled. It is such a horrible feeling when you are too tired to even sleep and then feel sick. Please take a warm shower, lie down in a dark room, and take very tiny sips of water. Take care of yourself.
