Haaji, thyroid problems can make you feel completely drained out. There were days when I could barely get out of bed to do my daily work. Please don't worry, once you start taking the correct medicine daily, your strength will surely come back.

Yes, thyroid imbalance can deeply deplete your body's vital energy. Along with your regular doctor's medicine, practicing gentle pranayama like Anulom Vilom and Ujjayi breath helped me immensely in regaining my daily energy levels. Take it slow and breathe deeply.

Actually, extreme fatigue is like the number one symptom of thyroid issues, yaar. I used to sleep for 9 hours and still wake up feeling like a truck ran over me. Getting your TSH levels checked and adjusting the pill dose is the only real fix.

Oh absolutely! Thyroid fatigue is next level, it makes you feel like a fully discharged battery. But don't worry, once your doctor gets your medication dose right, you will get your spark back. Sending you lots of positive energy!

I have dealt with thyroid fatigue for fifteen years. My advice is to stop fighting it; rest when your body demands it. Also, get your Vitamin D3 and B12 checked alongside your thyroid, as deficiencies in these are very common and double the exhaustion.

Yes, thyroid fatigue is very real because your cellular energy production slows down. Once your doctor starts you on medication, try to incorporate a gentle 15-minute walk daily. It sounds counterintuitive when you are tired, but light activity actually helps boost energy levels over time.

It definitely causes massive tiredness. The most practical thing you can do is to take your thyroid medicine strictly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with water, and don't eat anything for an hour. This simple routine ensures proper absorption and cures the fatigue faster.

Haan na, thyroid fatigue is really exhausting. Sometimes you feel tired even after doing nothing all day. Please don't force yourself too much, talk to your doctor and get your dose checked, ho na? Take care of yourself.

Extreme fatigue is very common with thyroid. Before you buy expensive energy supplements, just get a basic thyroid panel done which costs around 300 to 500 rupees. Finding the right thyroid hormone dosage is much cheaper and more effective than any multivitamin.

I literally just got over this terrible phase of bone-deep exhaustion. My TSH was way too high, but within a month of starting my corrected dose of thyroxine, the fog lifted. Hang in there, it gets much better once your blood levels normalize.
