Can thyroid cause sleeplessness?

I'm having a really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep, which is making me feel exhausted all the time. My mother suggested it might be my thyroid acting up, as she also struggles with insomnia. Can thyroid problems cause sleeplessness like this?

Oh my god, yes, an overactive thyroid can totally ruin your sleep! I used to lie awake for hours worrying about my health, which only made it worse. Please get your levels checked by a doctor so you can get some peace of mind.

Yes, it can cause insomnia. Along with taking the medicine your doctor prescribes, try keeping your room cool and avoiding your phone after 9 PM. Simple habits can help you rest better while the treatment works.

Yes, high thyroid levels speed up your metabolism, causing restlessness and sleeplessness. Along with doctor's treatment, cutting out late-day caffeine and keeping a consistent workout routine helped me sleep better. Check with your doctor first.

Sleeplessness is a very common symptom, especially if your thyroid levels are too high. In our community, many people face this. It gets much better once your endocrinologist adjusts your daily medication, so please plan a visit.

In my fifty years, I have seen thyroid trouble disturb the sleep of many family members. It can make you feel very anxious and awake. Don't worry, once you start proper treatment from a doctor, your sleep will return to normal.

Haan, thyroid issues ki wajah se sleeplessness ho sakti hai, especially hyperthyroidism mein. Mind relax nahi hota aur neend gayab ho jaati hai, na. Apne doctor se discuss karke checkup karva lo.
