Can thyroid cause foamy urine?

Lately, I've noticed my urine looks quite foamy, more than usual. I already have a few symptoms that make me suspect thyroid issues, but I'm not sure if this is related. Could thyroid problems be a reason for foamy urine?

Thyroid issues usually don't directly cause foamy urine, but they can affect your overall body metabolism and sometimes kidneys. Please stay positive and don't worry too much. Drink plenty of water to keep your system clean, and gently consult a doctor to get a routine urine test done.

Foamy urine is generally a sign of protein loss through the kidneys, not a direct symptom of thyroid. Don't believe any random internet remedy claiming they can cure this with herbs. Go straight to a proper laboratory, get a routine urine analysis and kidney function test, and verify the results with a doctor.

Hey, please don't panic or stress over this. While thyroid itself doesn't typically cause foamy urine, it can sometimes be linked to other issues like high blood pressure or kidney function. Just book a simple urine test and show it to a doctor. We will get it sorted, don't worry.

I have read many health queries here, and usually, foamy urine points towards protein leakage in urine, which is more related to kidneys or diabetes than the thyroid. However, systemic issues can sometimes overlap. A basic urine routine test and a thyroid profile will easily clear this up for you.

Excuse me, I am quite new to discussing these health topics, but I also noticed some foam in my urine recently. Does anyone know if thyroid medication itself can cause this, or is it always related to the kidneys? I am planning to see a doctor soon but wanted to ask if anyone else experienced this.
