Can't stop vomiting bile?

I've been vomiting continuously for hours now, and my stomach is completely empty, so now I'm just bringing up yellow-green bile. I still feel the urge to throw up constantly. I'm really worried about this, what could it be?

I was throwing up bright yellow-green bile last month when my stomach was completely empty. My doctor told me it happens when the stomach has nothing left to vomit but the reflux keeps going. He prescribed an injection that stopped the dry heaving immediately.

Vomiting bile means your stomach is completely empty and highly irritated, or there could be a blockage. Please do not try any home remedies or wait for it to settle on its own. It is much safer to visit a clinic and get evaluated by a professional.

I had this issue and went to Apollo Hospital's emergency department. I clearly asked the gastroenterologist if it was due to a gallbladder issue or severe acidity. Please get a proper consult and ask them if you need an ultrasound scan.

Once the vomiting stops, please do not jump back to regular food or tea. Drink only warm water with a tiny bit of salt, or clear vegetable broth to soothe the lining. Avoid any citrus fruits or heavy dairy as they will trigger the bile reflux again.

When you are throwing up bright green liquid at 4 AM, you really start questioning all your life choices. There is literally nothing left inside me but bitterness. Going to the doctor now because my throat feels like it is on fire.
