Can't stop vomiting after drinking?

Last night I had a bit too much to drink at a party, and now it's morning, but I still can't stop vomiting. I've already thrown up multiple times, and my stomach feels absolutely terrible. Is there anything that can help settle my stomach?

I was just reading about this because my friend had a similar rough night. It seems the stomach lining gets highly irritated by alcohol, causing acid reflux and vomiting. Usually, it settles after a few hours, but keeping some ORS water handy is a lifesaver.

I have tried ginger tea, lemon water, and even coconut water for bad hangovers. The best thing is to not force any food down; just take tiny sips of lukewarm water with a pinch of salt and sugar. If it still doesn't stop, a basic antacid pill prescribed by a doc helps a lot.

I had this last weekend and kept throwing up even water. Honestly, my doctor told me to take an antacid and stick to plain coconut water for 12 hours to let the stomach rest. Don't push yourself to eat heavy oily food to cure the hangover, it backfires.

No need to buy expensive hangover cures or fancy drinks. Just get a five-rupee packet of ORS from the local chemist and mix it in water. Sip it slowly over two hours, rest in a cool room, and your body will recover naturally.

Over the years, I have seen many young people struggle with this after parties. Your liver and stomach are just trying to flush out the toxins. Sleep on your side so you don't choke, keep sipping fluids, and if there is any blood in the vomit, go to a hospital immediately.
