Actually, late night scrolling is the real culprit for most of us, yaar. Your brain thinks it is daytime because of the blue light. Just put the phone on silent and keep it away, sleep will follow slowly.

Don't blindly try all these random remedies like special teas or supplements you read about online, they might not suit your body. If you genuinely can't sleep, go see a doctor. Get a proper medical evaluation instead of guessing.

If this sleep issue is regular, don't run to expensive sleep clinics immediately as they charge a lot. Plan a simple lifestyle change first, like fixing your sleep timings, and maybe get a basic blood test done for vitamin deficiencies at a local budget lab. It is much more practical.

While occasional insomnia is common, chronic sleep issues can impact your overall health significantly. It is best to avoid self-medicating with over-the-counter pills. Consulting a general physician or a sleep specialist is the safest approach to identify the root cause.

Sometimes the mind is restless because we are carrying too much baggage from the day. Just close your eyes, say a small prayer of gratitude, and let go of all worries. Take care, everything will be fine.

There was a time I used to cry at night because the isolation of not being able to sleep while the whole world was resting felt so heavy. Please know that your feelings are completely valid. Don't be hard on yourself, just rest your body.

Does anyone else also feel their heart beating fast when they try to force themselves to sleep? It makes me so anxious and then I am awake for hours. Is this normal or should I get it checked?

Haan yaar, hot summer nights or winter cold, sleep issues can happen in any season, na. Just wash your face, drink a little cool water, and don't stress about the clock. Hum sab ke saath hota hai yeh.

I am also facing this since I shifted to a new city, the room feels too quiet. Does listening to white noise or soft music really help, or does it make you more awake? I am a bit hesitant to try new things.

I've tried everything from warm milk to lavender sprays, and honestly, the only thing that consistently works is a warm foot soak before bed. Just put your feet in warm water for 10 minutes, dry them, and sleep. It really relaxes the nervous system.
