Can't sleep because of tooth pain?

Pichle do din se mere daant mein itna dard hai ki raat mein neend aati hi nahi. Jab bhi leti hoon, dard aur badh jaata hai. Kya karoon, doc?

My grandmother always suggests keeping a small piece of clove near the paining tooth for temporary relief. However, dental issues need proper care, so please visit a dentist tomorrow morning.

When I had terrible night tooth pain, I realized sleeping with my head elevated on two pillows reduced the throbbing sensation. It helped me get a few hours of rest.

Tooth pain can increase stress which is not good for blood pressure. Please do not take random strong pain killers without consulting your doctor or dentist first.

Dental treatments can be expensive if delayed. Better to visit a local government hospital or dental college where checkups and x-rays are done at very nominal rates.

Pain can test our patience, especially at night. Try to sit quietly, take slow deep breaths to calm your mind, and seek medical help first thing in the morning.

I panicked so much when my tooth started throbbing at 1 AM, thinking it was something major. It turned out to be a simple cavity that the dentist fixed easily the next day. Don't worry, just get it checked.

I know tooth pain is absolutely unbearable and makes sleep impossible. Just hang in there, try doing a warm salt water rinse right now to soothe it, and we will get it checked by a doc tomorrow.

For temporary comfort, you can press a cold compress against your cheek near the painful area. But remember, this only reduces the pain for a short time; you must see a doctor.
