Can't sleep at night?

Raat mein bilkul neend nahi aati hai mujhe. Pura din kaam karta hoon, par jaise hi bed par jaata hoon, aankhen khul jaati hain. Bahut problem ho rahi hai isse.

If you are sitting at a desk all day, your body might not be physically ready for sleep. I suggest adding a brisk 20-30 minute walk in the afternoon or early evening, provided your doctor permits it.

Do not drink heavy tea or coffee late in the evening. Try taking a warm bath or putting a drop of almond oil on your temples before sleeping. It calms the system down naturally.

Many people struggle with this because of irregular sleeping schedules. Try to go to bed and wake up at the exact same time every day. It trains your brain to feel sleepy when the time comes.

I used to track my sleep cycle on my smartwatch and realized my deep sleep was terrible on days I ate late dinners. Now I finish my meal by 7:30 PM and my sleep score has improved so much.

If you are sleeping till 10 AM on weekends and then expecting to sleep at 11 PM on Sunday, it won't happen. Fix your routine first, keep screens away, and sleep will come.

I used to lie in bed scrolling reels for hours because I couldn't sleep. Once I started charging my phone in the other room, I started falling asleep within 15 minutes of lying down.

I also ignored my sleeplessness for months thinking it was just stress, but it turned out to be a thyroid issue. Please get a proper health checkup done if this is happening regularly.
