Bro, if you literally can't move, please don't try any heavy stretching or force yourself up. Just lie flat on a firm surface or bed and ask someone to get you a doctor. It's better to be safe than make a muscle spasm worse.

I have dealt with severe back spasms and found that a warm gel compress or heating pad helps relax the tight muscles a bit. But if the pain is so intense that you are locked in one position, please call a doctor home or visit a clinic instead of relying on home remedies.

Stiffness can be so terrifying when you can't even stand up properly. Please don't let anyone massage your back forcefully right now, as that can worsen nerve pinch or disc slip. Get a professional medical opinion first.

I totally get how scary and frustrating it is to feel completely stuck due to back pain. It makes you feel so helpless. Please rest in a comfortable position and reach out to an orthopedic doctor as soon as possible.

Severe back pain can sometimes be linked to nerve inflammation, which can be worse if blood sugar levels are high. Please keep an eye on your overall health, rest well, and consult a doctor to get a safe and proper treatment plan.

I was stuck in bed with severe lower back pain last month and couldn't even bend to tie my shoes. My doctor diagnosed a mild disc bulge and put me on medication and physiotherapy, which finally got me moving again. Do not ignore this, get a professional checkup.

If back pain is stopping you from doing daily work, don't waste days waiting for it to go away. Go see an orthopedic specialist immediately. They can prescribe muscle relaxants or advise an X-ray to find the exact issue quickly.
