Can't feel pain syndrome?

I've read about a rare 'can't feel pain syndrome' where people literally don't feel physical pain. I've always had an unusually high pain threshold. Could I possibly have this syndrome, or is it very rare?

Arey, this is a bit serious, haan. Pain is actually our body's alarm system, na? If that is not working, you should get a checkup done immediately before some minor injury gets worse.

I agree with everyone saying you need a doctor. Please get a proper nerve conduction test done to find the root cause.

I went through a phase of numbness in my hands due to severe anxiety and nerve issues, and it really messed with my mental peace. It is incredibly frustrating and lonely when your body feels disconnected. Please talk to a professional, it really helps to get answers.

Oh my god, is this actually happening to you right now? I started feeling some numbness in my fingers last week and now I'm super scared. Has anyone else experienced this and got it cured?

It is scary to not feel pain, haan na. Our body uses pain to protect us. Better to show a good neurologist and get it sorted out quickly.
