Can't believe it't pain?

My mother-in-law often complains about a constant dull ache in her joints, especially her knees, and sometimes says, "Can't believe it's pain." She's getting older, but this seems more than just typical aging. What could be causing such persistent joint pain?

I once had a very sudden, sharp pain in my side that I thought was just gas, but it turned out to be a small kidney stone. Sometimes our bodies surprise us with how sudden pain can start. I always suggest keeping a record of when it hurts.

If the pain is severe, sudden, or hard to believe, please do not ignore it or wait for it to pass. It is extremely critical to get it evaluated by a doctor immediately to rule out any serious underlying issues. Safety must always come first.

Yeah, sometimes you wake up with a random muscle cramp or spasm and it hurts so much you can't believe it. I usually just try to stretch a bit or put some ice on it. But if it's really bad, definitely tell someone or see a doc.

Haan na, sometimes the pain is so sudden we just can't believe how it started out of nowhere. We think it's a small thing but it keeps troubling us. Take rest and don't lift heavy things today, ho na.

Oh my god, whenever I get a sudden pain I start googling and think the absolute worst, it's so stressful! I totally understand how scary it feels when you can't understand the pain. Try to stay calm, don't search online, and just let a doctor check you.
