Can stress cause testicular pain?

My job is super stressful these days, lots of deadlines and late nights. I've been having some discomfort and pain in my testicles off and on. Is it possible that stress can manifest as pain in that area?

Honestly, between my late-night work shifts and high stress, every muscle in my body hurts. While stress can tighten pelvic muscles and cause this pain, please don't joke around with this area and go see a doctor.

Hey bro, don't stress too much! It can literally be muscle tension from sitting for too long when you are anxious. Just take a break, wear comfortable clothes, and go get a quick checkup done by a doctor.

It must be really difficult to deal with this discomfort. Please rest and make sure to consult a doctor soon to find out the exact cause and feel better.

I was reading that anxiety triggers the pelvic floor muscles to contract, which can radiate pain to the testicles. It is a real physical connection, but getting it examined by a urologist is highly recommended.

You can try sitting in comfortable loose clothing and taking warm baths to help relax the lower body muscles. However, because testicular pain can have serious causes, please see a doctor immediately if the pain is sudden or severe.
