Can stress cause rheumatoid arthritis?

My mother suffered from rheumatoid arthritis, and she always said her stress made it worse. Now I'm getting joint pains and I'm quite stressed with retirement planning. Can stress actually cause rheumatoid arthritis?

Actually yaar, stress directly RA toh nahi cause karta, but if you have a genetic tendency, stress can trigger it or make the flare-ups way worse. Mere cousin ko doctor ne yahi bola tha.

I was diagnosed with RA during a very dark phase of my life, and the joint pain made my mental health even worse. It is a tough cycle, but please know that managing your stress is crucial for healing. Your pain and feelings are completely valid.

Haan bhai, stress se body ka immune system kharab ho jata hai, toh auto-immune issues trigger ho sakte hain na. Doctor se milo aur blood test karwa lo, delay mat karna.

When I am stressed, I eat all kinds of junk which increases inflammation in the body. If you have joint pain, cutting down on sugary sweets and processed food might help control the inflammation, even if stress is high.

Beta, maine apni zindagi me dekha hai ki chinta hi saari bimariyo ki jad hai. Rheumatoid arthritis ek bada rog hai, isliye zyada chinta mat karo aur turant kisi acche rheumatologist ko dikhao.
