I totally get it, prolonged stress can absolutely break down your mental peace and lead to severe anxiety or depression. It's like a heavy weight you carry until you just can't anymore. Please reach out to a professional therapist, talking it out really helps.

Definitely. Unmanaged stress messes up your brain chemistry over time. I find that hitting the gym or even a clean diet and 45 minutes of heavy sweat helps burn off that anxious energy. But if you feel completely overwhelmed, definitely consult a mental health professional.

At 51, between managing teenage kids and corporate targets, I can tell you stress definitely tests your mental sanity! It starts with sleepless nights and ends with unnecessary anger. If it's getting too much to handle, please show a professional, don't just suffer in silence.

Haan yaar, jab dimaag par lagatar load rahega toh depression aur anxiety hone ke chances badh hi jaate hain na. Isse mazaak mein nahi lena chahiye. Kisi achhe counselor se baat karo, dosto se dil ki baat share karo, hal nikal aayega.

I used to panic thinking I was losing my mind when my anxiety got bad during a stressful phase. Later, my doctor reassured me that it is a very natural response of the body to prolonged pressure. Once I worked on reducing my workload, my mental health improved immensely.

Hormonal imbalances like thyroid issues can make you highly susceptible to stress, which easily triggers mental exhaustion. I highly recommend getting a complete blood panel and thyroid test done. Keeping a regular checkup routine with your doctor makes a huge difference.
