Can stress cause erectile dysfunction?

I've been experiencing some issues lately, and my doctor suggested that stress might be a contributing factor. I'm wondering if chronic stress can indeed cause erectile dysfunction. It's really affecting my confidence.

Yes, performance anxiety and work stress are very common causes. I highly recommend visiting a good hospital and consulting a urologist or sexologist clearly instead of feeling shy. They deal with this daily and can give you the right medical advice.

Aaj kal ki bhagdaur mein yeh bohot normal baat hai. Daily stress se dimaag thak jaata hai toh body kaise response karegi? Simple hal hai ki roz subah walk ya running karo, deep breathing karo aur wife se khulkar baat karo, adha stress toh waise hi khatam ho jayega.

Stress increases adrenaline, which constricts blood vessels and directly impacts erection quality. If you have a high-pressure job, prioritize 8 hours of sleep and cut down on alcohol. If the issue persists for more than a month, book a professional consultation to rule out any physical causes.

I went through this exact issue last year when my business was failing, and it was extremely stressful. Once I started therapy to manage my anxiety and made peace with the situation, everything returned to normal. It is mostly mental, so please don't lose hope.

Honestly, between working late nights and getting only 4 hours of sleep, my body is too tired to do anything, let alone perform. Stress and lack of sleep are the ultimate romance killers! Try getting some solid sleep first, things might just fix themselves.
