Can stress cause arm pain?

I spend a lot of time on my computer for work, and recently my arm has been aching quite a bit, especially when I'm really stressed. Can stress be a factor in causing arm pain?

Haan yaar, stress se muscles bohot zyada tight ho jaati hain na. Jab hum lagatar tension lete hain, toh humari shoulder aur arm muscles khinchne lagti hain jisse pain hota hai. Lekin agar dard bohot achanak aur tez hai, toh please use ignore mat karna.

Please be very careful with arm pain, especially if it is in your left arm. I once ignored a dull ache in my shoulder and arm thinking it was just work-related muscle tension, and it turned out to be a serious warning sign. Get it checked by a doctor immediately to be absolutely safe.

Dealing with chronic health issues has taught me how weirdly stress can manifest in our body, including dull muscular pain in the arms. I try not to panic but also make sure I don't ignore it. It is always best to mention any persistent pain to your doctor just to rule out other things.

Under high stress, our body naturally tenses up, leading to muscular trigger points that can cause radiating pain down your arm. I always suggest doing some light stretching and ensuring your posture is correct if you work on a computer all day. Keep hydrated and make sure you're getting enough magnesium in your diet.

Haan na, jab hum stress lete hain toh body bilkul stiff ho jaati hai. Mere shoulder aur arm mein bhi hamesha bohot dukhata hai jab tension hoti hai. Thoda relaxation exercises kiya karo aur muscle pain relief gel lagao, ho na?
