Can stress cause a heart attack without blockage?

My father had blockages, but I've always been told my heart is fine after check-ups. With extreme work stress, I sometimes feel chest pressure; can stress cause a heart attack even without blockages?

Yes, extreme stress can cause sudden spasms in your arteries even if there is no cholesterol buildup. Instead of worrying, focus on simple things like reducing tea/coffee intake, sleeping on time, and doing basic breathing exercises. These don't cost a thing and keep your blood pressure stable.

In my sixty years of life, I have seen how anger and sudden shocks can affect the body instantly. Medical science calls it broken heart syndrome or arterial spasm, which happens without any blockage. Take it from my experience, no argument or job is worth risking your life over, so learn to let things go.

Yes, it is possible. Severe stress can cause a sudden spasm in the heart's arteries, leading to a heart attack even without blockages.

Haan beta, humare yahan kehte hain ki zyada chinta karne se kaleja phat jata hai. Stress se dil ki nasein sikud sakti hain jisse bura asar padta hai. Tum thoda aaram kiya karo aur man ko shant rakho.

I read about this online, it's called MINOCA or something where there is no physical blockage but stress triggers a sudden spasm. Honestly, it's pretty scary how much our brain can mess with our physical body. Definitely a wake-up call to manage exam stress better.
