Can stomach cramps be a sign of heart attack?

My mother has been getting really bad stomach cramps lately, especially after eating. I once read that stomach pain can sometimes be linked to heart issues. Is it possible for stomach cramps to be a sign of a heart attack?

Sometimes heavy, oily food can cause severe acidity that feels like a cramp, but cardiac issues can also mimic upper stomach pain. If the discomfort is sudden and unusual, please don't just blame diet. Get it checked immediately.

At my age, every little burp makes me wonder if it's the end! But jokes apart, upper stomach pain or severe tightness can actually be a sign of a heart issue, especially if you are sweating. Don't take a chance, go to the clinic.

I rushed to the emergency room once with sharp upper stomach cramps, convinced it was a heart attack. It turned out to be severe gastritis, but the doctors told me I did the right thing by getting an ECG done just to be safe. It's always better to check.

Man, after eating a massive plate of chole bhature, my stomach cramps badly and makes me super anxious. But if you also feel chest tightness or breathlessness along with it, that's not food. Head to a doctor immediately.

Yes, atypical heart attack symptoms can present as upper abdominal pain or cramping. If you are experiencing this along with shortness of breath, dizziness, or sweating, please go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not ignore this.

Haan, sometimes heart issues are felt in the upper stomach area instead of the chest, na. If there is sweating or pain spreading to the arm, please don't wait. Go to the nearest hospital immediately to get an ECG done.
