Can stomach cancer be diagnosed with a blood test?

I've been experiencing persistent stomach issues for a while now, and my mind immediately jumps to the worst possibilities. I'm wondering if there's any specific blood test that can accurately diagnose stomach cancer.

A blood test won't give you a clear cancer diagnosis, it only tells if your blood counts are low. The most practical thing is to book a consultation with a gastro specialist who can guide you on whether you need an endoscopy. Don't waste money on random tests.

I was reading up on this recently out of curiosity. It seems blood tests can check for general health indicators like anemia, but they can't confirm stomach cancer on their own. It usually requires an endoscopy and tissue testing to be sure.

According to the specialist my family consulted, blood tests like CBC can show anemia from chronic bleeding, but they are not diagnostic for stomach cancer. You absolutely need an upper GI endoscopy and a biopsy to get an accurate diagnosis.

While a clean, fiber-rich vegetarian diet keeps our digestion healthy, it cannot prevent or diagnose internal medical conditions. Blood tests can only point to general weakness or vitamin levels. For proper diagnosis, a doctor's examination is necessary.

I completely understand the anxiety of searching for symptoms online and worrying about worst-case scenarios. Just to reassure you, blood tests alone cannot diagnose this, so please don't panic over basic lab reports. Go talk to a doctor to ease your mind.

Hey, don't stress too much! A blood test can't diagnose stomach cancer, so don't lose sleep over reading random things online. If you are feeling unwell, just go get an endoscopy done and get it over with. You'll be absolutely fine.

I totally get it, the thought of getting big medical tests can be very scary and we hope a simple blood test is enough. But please don't rely only on blood reports for stomach issues. Visiting a doctor will give you real peace of mind.
