Can stage 4 prostate cancer be cured?

A very close friend of mine was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. It's a big shock for him and us. I wanted to ask, can stage 4 prostate cancer actually be cured?

My close friend was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer over eight years ago. While the doctors said a complete cure isn't possible, they managed it so well with hormone therapy that he is still living a very active, happy life today. Have faith in the treatments.

At my age, my joints creak every morning, so I know health battles are tough. A complete cure for stage 4 prostate cancer is rare, but honestly, the management therapies are so advanced now that patients outlive the disease for many years. Don't lose hope!

Hey bro, please don't stress too much reading scary things online. While stage 4 is hard to cure completely, it is highly treatable and many uncles live normal lives for years with just a few pills or injections. Just support your family and trust the doctors.

I have been managing stage 4 prostate cancer for five years now. While it's true it cannot be fully cured once it spreads, hormone therapy (ADT) and chemotherapy work wonders in keeping it stable. My tip: keep a close check on your bone health and PSA levels regularly.

As a parent, I understand the fear of managing a serious illness in the family. While stage 4 prostate cancer isn't technically curable, it is highly treatable. Keep their nutrition high, ensure they take their hormone medications on time, and surround them with love.

While a full cure is difficult in stage 4, keeping the body moving is a game-changer. If the oncologist clears it, daily light walking can help combat the fatigue caused by hormone therapy and keep muscles strong. Stay active and stay positive!
