Can squamous cell skin cancer spread?

My grandfather had a small skin lesion that was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma. We're very worried about it. Can this type of skin cancer spread to other parts of the body?

I usually only research about where to get the best butter chicken, but I read about this recently. Yes, it actually can spread to other tissues if you leave it alone for too long. Better to get it sorted out by a doc so you can enjoy your meals tension-free!

I literally just got my treatment done for this two months ago. My doctor told me that while it spreads slowly, it definitely can go deeper into the skin and lymph nodes if ignored. Don't worry, but please get it treated early like I did.

Our elders always tell us to keep our skin healthy with simple herbs, but for something like cancer, we cannot rely on that. My family doctor always says skin cancers can spread locally, so a proper biopsy and doctor's advice is a must.

Yes, squamous cell carcinoma has a risk of metastasis, especially if it's on the ears, lips, or is very deep. The exact risk depends on your specific case, so consulting an experienced dermatologist is the most logical next step.

I was actually reading about skin cancers last week on some medical blogs. It looks like it doesn't spread as fast as melanoma, but it still can go to other parts if ignored. Has your doctor recommended a biopsy yet?

For small rashes we can use neem or haldi ghar pe, but for cancer we should not take any risk. Yes, it can spread to internal parts if not removed on time. Please show it to a proper hospital doctor immediately.

Hey, don't panic, but yeah it can spread if u ignore it for a long time. Just get a quick checkup done by a dermatologist, it's usually a very simple procedure to remove it.
