Can soursop cure cancer?
My neighbour told me about soursop fruit and how it can cure cancer. I'm feeling a bit desperate for my relative who is undergoing treatment. Is it true that this fruit has such properties?

Beta, soursop or Lakshman Phal is a healthy fruit, no doubt, and you can eat it for general immunity. But please do not think it can cure cancer. For serious diseases, you must trust the proper hospital treatments.

Bhai, yeh phal khane mein bura nahi hai, lekin bimari badi hai toh doctor ki dawai hi kaam aayegi. Sirf phal khane se cancer theek nahi hota, isliye doctor se achhi tarah ilaaj karwayein.
