Can someone with pcos get pregnant?

I have PCOS, and my doctor has told me it might make it harder to conceive. My husband and I are planning to start a family soon. I wanted to know from others with PCOS: can someone with PCOS get pregnant successfully?

Yes, they definitely can. Many women with PCOS conceive naturally or with very minor help. Please don't lose heart, things will work out fine.

Actually, yes, absolutely! Don't listen to those random log who say it is impossible, yaar. My best friend has severe PCOS and she conceived naturally within a year of marriage just by managing her lifestyle.

My wife has PCOS and we have two healthy kids. It just takes a bit of planning, like tracking ovulation carefully and cutting down on sugar and maida from the daily diet. Simple home habits make a big difference.

My daughter was diagnosed with PCOS at twenty-two and was so worried about her future. But with the right gynecologist and regular medication to regulate her cycles, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last year.

It is completely possible. I regularized my periods and conceived after practicing specific asanas like Butterfly pose and daily Kapalbhati. Regularizing the flow of energy in the body helps immensely along with your regular medical checkups.

I can only speak from my own journey. I had irregular cycles for two years due to PCOS, but once I started walking 5k every day and cut down on late-night snacks, my cycles improved and I got pregnant without any heavy fertility treatments.

I totally get it, the anxiety around PCOS and fertility can be so exhausting. But please know that PCOS is just a hormonal imbalance, not infertility. So many of us have been in your shoes and managed to have beautiful families.

Yes, but please don't sit on it like I did. I ignored my irregular periods for years thinking it was normal stress, which made it harder later. Go see a good specialist early so they can guide you on the right path.

Yes! 😊 Don't worry at all. Modern medicine and a healthy routine make it totally doable. Just keep your spirits high and stay consistent with your doctor's plan!

Hormones are tricky, just like my blood pressure issues. You have to get regular blood tests and work closely with your doctor. Correcting the underlying metabolic issues with regular checks makes pregnancy highly achievable.
