Can sleeping with your phone give you cancer?

Keeping my phone right next to my head on the bed, sometimes even under my pillow, and using it till I fall asleep, is my routine. My parents keep telling me it's bad and might cause cancer. Is there any truth to this, about phones causing cancer if kept close while sleeping?

There's no solid proof that phone radiation causes cancer. But keeping it next to your head definitely ruins your deep sleep cycles and recovery because of the blue light and late-night scrolling. Keep it on a table away from the bed for better recovery.

Agree with most people here, there is no cancer link. I just put my phone on airplane mode and keep it on the side table to avoid getting distracted.

I used to worry about this a lot because my kids always sleep with their phones under their pillows. While doctors say it won't cause cancer, it definitely gives you headaches and sleeplessness. Try keeping a copper jug of water on your bedside table instead of the phone.

Bro, my mom tells me this daily lol. Honestly, there is zero scientific proof of cancer. But yeah, if I keep it next to me, I end up scrolling reel after reel till 3 AM, so my eyes hurt like crazy the next day.

In our times we slept in peace without these devices. Even if it does not cause cancer, these electromagnetic waves are not good for your brain. Keep the phone outside your room, wash your eyes with cool water, and take a warm glass of milk before sleeping.

Don't let these internet articles panic you, child. People have been sleeping near mobiles for twenty-five years now with no such direct connection. Just enjoy your life, keep the phone a few feet away for peace of mind, and sleep well.
