Can sleep deprivation cause heart attack?

My cousin, who works very long hours and barely sleeps, recently had a heart attack. It made me wonder about my own irregular sleep patterns. Can prolonged sleep deprivation truly increase the risk of something as serious as a heart attack?

Haan, isko halke mein mat lo yaar. Sleep poori nahi hoti toh blood pressure aur heart rate humesha high rehte hain na. Drastic conditions mein yeh heart attack ka risk bada deta hai. Doctor se checkup karana sabse best hai.

Yes, chronic sleep loss severely strains your cardiovascular system. If your doctor clears you, try adding 30 minutes of light walking to your daily routine, as it helps regulate heart rate and improves sleep quality naturally.

Well, sleeplessness makes you crave greasy, salty foods late at night, which bad cholesterol loves! This deadly combo of zero rest and heavy junk food is terrible for your heart. Better to sleep early and avoid the temptation.

Whoa, that sounds super scary, bro. I pull all-nighters for exams all the time, but reading this makes me want to change my routine. I guess we shouldn't play with our health like this. Definitely going to try sleeping earlier.

It definitely increases cardiovascular risks over time. It is smarter to spend a small amount on a basic ECG and lipid profile test now, rather than facing massive hospital bills later. Plan a proper consultation with a general physician.

Please take this seriously. I ignored my severe sleep issues for years and ended up with irregular heartbeats and a major health scare. Sleeplessness strains your blood vessels, so please see a cardiologist for a proper checkup.

It is terrifying to think how much damage lack of sleep does to our bodies. I used to lie awake crying, feeling my chest tighten with anxiety about my heart health. Your fears are valid, but please seek medical guidance to calm your mind.
