Can sleep apnea cause congestive heart failure?

My doctor told me I'm at risk for congestive heart failure, and also mentioned I have moderate sleep apnea. I'm trying to understand all the connections between my health issues. Can sleep apnea really lead to something as serious as congestive heart failure?

Let's be direct here. Untreated sleep apnea puts massive, continuous strain on your cardiovascular system over time. Do not ignore this. Book an appointment with a cardiologist and get a sleep study done immediately.

I was researching this online recently and saw that chronic low oxygen levels at night can indeed damage heart muscles over the long run. It is honestly quite scary to read about. It is definitely something to discuss with a proper doctor.

Hey bro, my dad had severe sleep apnea and his heart function started dropping because of it. Thankfully we caught it in time and got him a CPAP. Don't take a risk with this stuff, get a medical opinion ASAP.

Haan, bilkul link toh hai ji. My doctor told me that when breathing stops repeatedly at night, heart pe bohot pressure padta hai. Isme dilaasa mat dhoondo internet pe, direct kisi acche doctor ke paas jaao na.

Look, simple baat hai. If your breathing stops several times a night, your heart has to work double time. Don't play around with these symptoms. Go to a hospital and get a proper checkup done before things get worse.

I love my heavy dinners, but my doc warned me that poor sleep and bad weight management can lead to major heart issues. Heart failure is serious business, so it's best to keep a check on our lifestyle and consult a specialist.

Please do not rely on forum comments or online articles for something as critical as heart failure. No home remedy or random advice is going to fix this. Speak directly to a qualified cardiologist to understand the real risks.
