Can skin cancer heal on its own?

My father has this spot on his hand that just doesn't seem to heal. It's been there for months. He's hesitant to see a doctor and keeps saying it'll get better by itself. Is that actually possible for something like skin cancer?

Haan na, human body naturally heal karti hai par skin cancer apne aap thik nahi hota. Wo thoda thik dikh sakta hai par andar se badhta rehta hai. Doctor ko dikhana hi sabse safe hai, please ignore mat karo.

A good diet and exercise keep your immunity strong, but they can't heal skin cancer on their own. It requires medical intervention like surgical removal. Don't wait for it to self-correct; book a quick dermatologist visit.

Let's be practical: skin cancer won't just disappear. Sometimes it might scab over and look like it's healing, but the abnormal cells are still there underneath. The best solution is to get a proper clinical checkup early on.

My aunt had a spot that kept peeling and scabbing, and we thought it was healing, but it just kept coming back. It turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma. Please don't assume it will heal on its own and consult a dermatologist.

I totally get it, hoping that a suspicious skin spot will just heal on its own is a very natural feeling because we want to avoid doctors. But skin cancer does not self-heal, and getting it checked early will save you a lot of worry.

I have this spot that bleeds occasionally and then scabs over, making me think it is healing, but then it opens up again. Did anyone else experience this cycle with their skin spots? I'm getting quite anxious and think I need to book a doctor.
