Bhaiya, agar skin cancer sar par ho, toh wahan ke baal jhad sakte hain jahan wo daag hai. Lekin pure sar ke baal aamtaur par nahi jhadte jab tak koi bada treatment na chal raha ho. Aap bilkul chinta mat kijiye, doctor babu ko dikha lijiye.

Generally, skin cancer itself doesn't cause you to lose your hair, unless it's directly on your scalp where the lesion is! 😊 Some treatments like chemotherapy can cause hair loss, though. Keep your spirits high and check with a dermatologist!

I can only speak from what happened with my father. He had a small basal cell carcinoma on his scalp, and the hair stopped growing just in that tiny spot. After the doctor removed it, the hair around it was fine, but he never had overall hair loss.

I totally get it, worrying about hair loss on top of skin health fears is incredibly stressful. Normally, skin cancer only affects hair growth locally if it's on the scalp, but global hair loss isn't a direct symptom. Please visit a specialist to get some clarity.

I'd rather worry about where to get the best chole bhature this weekend! But on a serious note, skin cancer doesn't typically cause hair loss unless it's a localized spot on your scalp. Eat well, stay happy, and just let a doctor take a look at it.

At my age, half my hair has already retired and left my head! But skin cancer isn't the culprit for general hair loss. If you have a suspicious spot, especially on your scalp, get it checked by a doctor instead of worrying about your hairline.

Man, between my late-night shifts and baby crying, I'm already losing hair faster than my internet speed, haha! But seriously, skin cancer itself won't make your hair fall out unless it's on your head. Go see a doc and get some sleep instead of googling at 3 AM like me.

No, skin cancer doesn't directly cause overall hair loss, though scalp lesions can destroy hair follicles locally. If you're facing general hair fall, I'd suggest checking your daily protein intake and stress levels on an app, and getting your thyroid/vitamins checked by a doctor.
