Can silent heart attack last for days?

I heard about silent heart attacks recently, and it sounds quite scary. My father had a heart attack without typical chest pain. Can a silent heart attack actually last for days, or does it happen quickly like regular ones?

In my seventy years, I have seen many people ignore mild discomfort, thinking it is just gas for 2-3 days, only to find out later it was a silent attack. If you feel unusual fatigue, mild chest pressure, or shortness of breath that persists, please go to a hospital immediately.

A silent heart attack can indeed have subtle symptoms like mild indigestion, fatigue, or jaw ache that linger for days. Please do not wait or take chances with your life; go to the nearest emergency room and get an ECG done immediately.

Listen to me, don't sit around reading things online if you feel constant heaviness or breathing issues for days. Go to a hospital and get a proper checkup done right now. Your life is much more important than any delay.

This thought honestly keeps me up at night because the symptoms are so easy to mistake for regular acidity. If you have been feeling even slightly off, with weird chest pressure or arm pain for days, please get it checked by a cardiologist right away for peace of mind.

Ji, many people in our villages mistake this for simple gas and ignore it for days. If there is any heaviness in the chest or sudden sweating, please don't take any home remedies, just go to a big doctor immediately.

I completely understand how terrifying it is to worry about silent cardiac symptoms lasting for days. It is true that some people experience mild, vague discomfort for a while, so getting a simple ECG will help clear your doubts and keep you safe.

My dad literally thought he had bad acidity for three days, but when we finally forced him to go to the hospital, the doctor said it was a mild silent heart attack. Seriously, don't ignore lingering chest discomfort or arm pain, just get checked.

I didn't know a heart attack could be silent and last for days. If my grandfather has been feeling extremely tired and sweating a lot for two days, should we take him to the doctor immediately?
