Can shoulder pain cause chest pain?

I've been experiencing both shoulder pain and chest pain sometimes, and I'm a bit confused. Are these two symptoms connected? Can shoulder pain actually cause chest pain, or should I be worried about something else entirely?

Listen, if you are experiencing both shoulder pain and chest pain together, you need to go to an emergency room immediately. This can be a sign of a heart attack or cardiac distress. Do not wait around or ask on forums, get a medical checkup right now.

Please don't panic, but you must take this seriously. Any combination of chest and shoulder pain needs immediate medical attention to rule out heart problems. Please call someone, go to the nearest clinic, and let a doctor examine you right away.

In our family, we usually try simple remedies for body pain, but chest pain with shoulder pain is a serious medical emergency. Please do not wait to see if it goes away. Go to a good hospital doctor immediately to ensure everything is fine.

I always prefer home remedies, but chest pain is a clear warning sign. Please do not try any herbal teas or massage oils for this. Go straight to a doctor or hospital immediately to get your heart checked for your own safety.

Actually yaar, shoulder pain radiating to the chest can be a major red flag for heart issues. Please don't take this lightly or assume it's just gas. Go to the nearest hospital and get an ECG done immediately for safety.

When my father had a severe shoulder ache that spread to his chest, we rushed him to the hospital, and it was a critical block. Based on that scary experience, I strongly urge you to get medical help immediately. Please don't delay.

While muscle strains in the shoulder can sometimes cause referred pain in the chest wall, combined chest and shoulder pain can indicate a serious cardiovascular event. Please do not self-diagnose. Go to a hospital emergency department immediately to get it checked.
