Can sex cause piles?

I've been dealing with piles for a bit, and it's quite uncomfortable. I'm trying to figure out what might be aggravating it or what might have caused it. Is there any connection between sexual activity and getting piles or making them worse?

From my understanding, normal vaginal sex does not cause piles. Piles are usually caused by chronic constipation, straining, or pressure in the rectal area. However, anal sex can potentially worsen or irritate existing hemorrhoids, so it is best to consult a doctor if you have concerns.

Nahi babu, aam tarike se sambandh banane se bawasir nahi hota hai. Bawasir pet ki garmi aur kabz ki wajah se hoti hai. Hari sabzi khaya karo aur pet saaf rakha karo. Agar takleef zyada ho toh doctor ko zaroor dikhana.

Honestly, piles are mostly a result of poor digestion, sitting too long, or lifting heavy weights with wrong breathing. Normal sex doesn't cause them. Focus on adding more fiber to your diet, drinking water, and keeping active. If the pain persists, see a specialist.

No, sex doesn't cause piles. Piles are linked to high pressure in the pelvic area, often from sitting too long or chronic constipation. Regular walking and staying active can improve bowel movements and help prevent them, but do get a doctor's advice.

Please don't believe any random rumors on internet forums linking sex to piles. Piles are a physical vascular issue in the rectal area caused by straining. Go to a qualified proctologist or general physician to get it evaluated properly.

Honestly, don't worry, normal sex doesn't cause piles at all. Piles usually happen if you have chronic constipation or strain too much. If you are feeling pain down there, it could just be a minor tear or dryness, so talk to your gynecologist or doctor to be sure.

Beta, there is no connection between marital relations and piles. Piles occur due to chronic constipation and body heat. You can try having Isabgol with warm milk at night to keep bowels smooth, but do consult a doctor if there is bleeding.

Don't stress about this, normal intimacy is completely unrelated to piles. Piles are caused by pressure in the lower rectum, mostly from digestive issues. Just focus on a healthy diet, drink lots of water, and see a doctor if you are in discomfort.

Hehe, sex definitely isn't the culprit here! It's actually all that spicy street food and lack of fiber that leads to constipation and piles. If you are struggling with pain or bleeding, cut down on the chilies and consult a doctor right away.

Normal intercourse doesn't lead to piles. Piles happen because of lifestyle issues and straining. Instead of worrying, you can visit a general surgeon at a government or local clinic where the consultation fee is very low, and get a proper diagnosis.
