Can rheumatoid arthritis cause dizziness?

Lately, I've been feeling quite dizzy and lightheaded, which is new for me. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Is it possible for rheumatoid arthritis to cause dizziness as a symptom?

Yes, it can, sometimes due to cervical spine involvement or even anemia, which is common in RA. Since I manage thyroid issues, I know how overlapping symptoms can be. Please get your blood counts checked regularly and keep your doctor updated.

As if aching joints weren't enough, now the whole room wants to spin! Yes, dizziness can happen with RA, sometimes because of neck stiffness or blood pressure changes from meds. Get it checked before you try doing any spin yoga, though.

Dizziness can be very scary and uncomfortable. I have tried sipping warm ginger tea which sometimes helps with mild lightheadedness, but dizziness in RA can be due to anemia or neck joint issues. It is best to have your doctor evaluate this properly.

Haan na, dizziness can really make you feel so weak and unstable. It can happen due to the arthritis affecting the neck area or even your medications. Please sit down immediately when it happens and consult your doctor soon.

Please don't ignore dizziness. I thought my dizzy spells were just due to summer heat, but they were actually linked to neck issues from my arthritis. Go get a proper medical checkup before you have a bad fall.
